Shroom Beach

Shroom Beach believes that the world is just waking up to the beauty of psychedelics and they want to celebrate that! Their psychedelic-inspired clothing and art reflect their passion for this movement and every month they donate 10% of all their profits to the Psychedelic Institute!

We interviewed Shroom Beach to learn more about their passion for climate change and why they are stepping off the sidelines in the fight against climate change.

What was your reason for working with TreeEra to plant trees? How do trees fit into Shroom Beach’s mission?

We are in love with psychedelics, and it’s without a doubt a gift from nature. While there’s still a lot of things we can do to help protect and conserve nature, planting trees is already a huge step towards this goal. With TreeEra, we now have a tool that can help us achieve this goal.

What are some other businesses that you think are doing well in the environmental space?

Tesla really comes into mind (though we’re aware there’s a lot of other companies out there, too) and Elon Musk has been very vocal about spending / donating millions of dollars to whoever can come up with the best carbon-capture technology.

What does climate change mean to Shroom Beach?

Climate change is a huge thing. It’s not propaganda or myth like some tend to believe. It’s real and we’re actually starting to see its negative effects. And as mentioned, there’s still a lot of work to do but planting trees is already a huge step that everyone should take. By doing so, we can help reduce – or better yet, remove carbon dioxide from the air.

Do you have any other tips on how to incorporate sustainability into one’s everyday life?

Definitely start reducing the use of plastic and focus more on recycling stuff!
