We love sharing photos from artists and photographers all over the world. Sometimes, we are lucky enough to find a great one right in our home town! Thank you, Mike Sugianto, for sharing these images — they perfectly personify your love for nature and adventure.

“Exploring is my life. For my first image, me and my friend Nicole set out to Golden BC in hopes of taking the gondola up the mountains but unfortunately it was under repairs. So after driving some 3 hours from Calgary we figure we wouldn’t waste the perfectly nice day because of this event. We stubbled upon a sign saying “Cedar Lakes” and figure it would be worth wild to check out, and ohh was it worth it. Calm lakes with no one around, who would complain about that! Adventures don’t have to be planed, just get out and explore because there is so much to see.”

“Spontaneous adventures are always the best. So for my second image, I really had no plan of going out to hike or take photos that day. Me being addicted to the outdoors could no longer stay at home, so I message my friend Kevin up and we head out toward Banff AB in hopes of catching a sunset. It was a tad too cloudy that day so we decided we would go up to Grassi Lakes instead of trying to find a place to catch sunset. Me being the “best hiker ever” decided it would be a rad idea to wear sandals up the trail and let just say it wasn’t a good idea… Anyways we got up to the lakes it started to rain in which the only to do was hangout and enjoy it! Always make the best of every adventure.”

“So this is my last image that I’ll be sharing, and its another one from my day at Cedar Lakes. As we walked up the road I epic nothing but maybe some marsh swamp water and a couple ducks, turn out it was this beautiful lake that was filled with canoes for some class. To be honest it made me super jealous cause who doesn’t like canoeing! I always find myself motivated to find new way of sharing my adventures and different perspective as I enjoy sharing my work to inspire other to get outside and see the world!”
