Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop
When Tommy Gunโs Original Barbershop reached out to us to help them dive deeper into their sustainability initiatives, we were more than happy to help. They’ve set a goal to plant over one billion trees and we’re up for that challenge.
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop!
We’re deeply passionate about helping businesses step off the sidelines in the fight against climate change and achieve their sustainability goals. Our 1:Tree and Tree Certified programs are built to be attainable for any business, big or small, to find a way to contribute towards offsetting their carbon footprint.
The Partnership
On June 1st, all 74 Canadian locations of Tommy Gun’s Shops are committing to plant one tree for every retail product sold and additionally, to plant one tree for every retail product sold online. So, if you’re looking for that perfect Father’s Day gift, you can get dad some sweet self care products and feel good about knowing that you’ll be planting a tree for him, too.
โWeโre excited to be supporting Tommy Gunโs Original Barbershops all across Canada in their goal to plant one billion trees,โ says Co-Founder Ryan Heal. โWe understand that the issue of climate change can feel daunting for any business – big or small. However, Canadian companies like Tommy Gunโs are leading the way in showcasing that it implementing sustainable initiatives donโt have to be all or nothing and that small changes over time can make a truly lasting impact for our environment.โ
Keenan Fisher, Managing Partner of Tommy Gunโs says, โWe are thrilled to partner with TreeEra. Making our businesses more sustainable starts with being aware of the issue at hand and understanding just how important it is to make changes โ both for the businesses and the planet. In order to have healthy communities, we need clean air, natural resources and a non-toxic environment. Tommy Gunโs hope is that by planting trees we can begin to off-set our impact and ensure future generations and businesses have the natural resources available to live in an equal, if not better, way of life as current generations.”
